- 3 thighs of chicken(boneless)
- half tsp salt
- half teaspoon blk pappar
- 1 teaspoon ginger finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon green onion
- 5 button mushrooms chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- half cup cabbiage shredded or thinly chopped
- fresh coriander for garnishing
- green chilli finnely chopped for garneshing
Instructions to make to make Szechuan soup
- PROCEDURE TO MAKE CHICKEN STOCKk: Add all ingredients above noted for chicken stock.cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours.strain and save for soups.

- PROCEDURE FOR SOUP:Add 5 cup of water boil thigh for 15 minutes or until tenders.when boiled remove from the pan.save chicken thigh stock.

- In a pan add 2 tablespoon olive oil fry ginger garlic for 30 seconds.add green onion then mushroom slices fry 30 30 seconds.



- Now add 4 cup of chicken stock of bones and 4 cup of chicken thigh stock.bring to boil.shred boiled chickken thigh.add in boiled soup.


- Now add cabbage and carrot cook for 2 minutes add salt blk papparsoya sauce vinagar ketchup and hotsauce.

- Add 3 table spoon corn flour mix with 5 tablespoon water add and mix well


- .cook for 45 second by stiring softly.add 2 beaten eggs.mix and cook for 30 seconds.
