  7. 1 bunch Garlic finely chopped
  8. 1 piece Ginger small finely chopped
  9. 1/4 tsp Orange food colour
  10. 6 tbsp Soya sauce
  11. 6 tbsp Chilli sauce
  12. 2 tbsp Vinegar
  13. 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
  14. Salt to taste
  15. half cup Oil

Instructions to make to make Szechwan chowmein

  1. Boil the water in a big pot with salt and lil oil, boil spaghetti, strain and wash with cold water, rub some oil and keep a side
  2. Marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp g.g paste, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, halt tsp of black pepper powder and salt.. keep it for 1/2 hour..
  3. Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a wok, fry the chicken for 2 min.. cover and cook for 10 min, remove from the fire and keep a side
  4. Then heat 1/4 cup of oil in a big wok, sauté onion and carrot for 1 min on high flame then add capsicum and saute for 30 sec..
  5. Now take a another wok, fry chopped ginger garlic for 30 sec. Now add cooked chicken, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper powder and mix well, add half glass of water and orange food colour, cook for 1 min, your Szechwan sauce is ready
  6. Now add boil spaghetti and stir fry on high flame for 2 min or until spaghetti hot and absorb all the sauce
  7. Now add all the vegetables and mixx well cook for 2 min on medium flame.. add spring onion and turn off the fire..
  8. Serve hot 🔥🔥
