- 2 onion finely chopped

- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp jeera
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
Instructions to make to make Panch Dal khichadi
- Wash five dals & soak it for one hour

- Cut all vegetables & wash the rice too

- Take the pressure cooker put ghee mustard seed jeera ginger garlic paste saute it add onion stir it for 2 min

- Add all vegetables saute it then add rice & Dal salt masala mix it well then put 5 glass of water mix it whistle 3.low the frame for 5 min.



- Garnish it with coriander leaves and ghee

- Serve it with khadi, papad & onion.
