Instructions to make to make Yellow (Poha)

  1. At first, put the poha in a stainer. Pour 3-4 glasses of water on it and wash properly. Tap the strainer to extract water from the poha. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Keep aside.
  2. Turn on the flame and heat a kadhai. Add oil let it heat and add peanuts. Stir peanuts for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring. Take it out on a plate and keep it aside.
  3. In the same kadhai add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Stir it. Then add potato and fry on medium flame till golden brown. Then add onion, capsicum, and green chili. Fry it for medium flame till transparent. Now add turmeric powder and mix it for a few seconds.
  4. Then add tomato and salt and mix it. Now add poha and gently mix it. Then add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well. At last, add peanuts and mix everything well. Now cover the kadhai and cook it for a minute on low flame. Open the lid and stir it. Turn off the flame.
  5. Poha is ready now. Take it out on a serving plate. Garnish with Sev, mixture namkeen, and aloo bhujiya on top.
  6. Poha is ready to serve. Enjoyyyy garma garam poha with tea.......🤗🤗
