  2. 250 gms basmati rice
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 carrot
  5. 1 capsicum

  9. 1 tsp Ajinomoto
  10. As per taste Salt
  11. 4 tsp oil
  12. 1 tsp black pepper powder

  14. 1 tsp green Chilli sauce
  15. 3 green chillies
  16. 2 tsp cornflour

Steps to make to make Chicken fried rice

  1. Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes. Boil water in a pan with 1 tbsp oil, and 1 tsp salt and add the rice. Let it boil till it is 80% cooked. Add 2 cups of cold water. Give it a stir and strain the water completely. Spread out to cool. Meanwhile, slice into thin strips of boneless chicken. Clean and Chop all vegetables into thin strips. Chop onion and garlic.
  2. Smear little salt, black pepper,1 tsp chili sauce, garlic paste, and 1 tsp cornflour on the chicken strips. Mix all and set aside for 5 minutes. Set aside.Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the chicken strips till golden brown. In the remaining oil, add the minced garlic and fry. Then add chopped onion, salt, carrots, and beans. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add chopped capsicum and toss.
  3. In a separate deep saucepan heat up 2 tbsp oil and add the stir-fried vegetables, and chicken. Mix all and add chili sauce, soya sauce, black pepper, vinegar, and Ajinomoto. Toss and add cooked rice. Fry for some time. Switch off the flame, cover, and give the rice a standing time of 5-6 minutes.
  4. Your yummy chicken fried rice is ready to Serve.
