- In a larg pan cook chicken with garlic, onion, salt, black pepper whole and water till the chicken tender. Keep the stock after straining it. Fry potatoes Fries with mixing of salt pepper and cornflour.



- Cut and chopped all the vegetables, set it all while cooking. In another pan heat up oil and soutay garlic and onion slices. Add chicken in it.



- Then add salt,pepper and soya sauce. After this add all vegetables which are in Julien cut. Peas also. Cook till slightly soft dont over cook.
