- Wash and Soak rice and dal for overnight

- Whisk prepared batter for 2-3 minutes then add salt and eno powder. Mix well.

- Heat nonstick pan. Grease with oil then pour 1&1/2 ladle batter onto the pan. Spread chopped vegetables over it. Keep the flame on low. Cook and cook for 2 minutes or till it looks cooked from the top. Spread few drops of oil over it and Flip the Uttapam, cover and cook for another a minute.
