  25. 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  26. Mayo sauce
  27. 1/3 cup Ketchup
  28. 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  29. 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  30. 1 pinch Salt
  31. 1 pinch Black pepper
  32. Egg fried rice :
  33. 1/2 kg Boiled Rice
  34. 2 eggs
  35. 1 Capsicum chopped
  36. 1 Carrot chopped
  37. 1 tsp Black pepper
  38. 1 tsp Chicken powder
  39. 1 tbsp Oil

Steps to make to make Singaporean rice

  1. To make chicken gravy, heat oil and add chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry until chicken changes color. Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, red chili, black pepper and mix well. Add hot sauce, ketchup and little water and cook for 3-4 minutes more. Dish out
  2. In the same pan, add oil and all vegetables except green onion’s green. Add soya sauce, salt, black pepper, red chili and stir fry for 1-2 mins. Add boiled egg noodles and toss. Add sesame oil and green onions’ green. Toss well and dish out in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix all Mayo sauce ingredient and pour in a sauce bottle. Set aside.
  4. In a pan add oil, beaten eggs and scramble it then add veggies and fry for a minute or two then add boiled rice, chic powder, black pepper.. Give it a dum and dish out
