  2. 200 gms cubed paneer
  3. 2 cubed capsicum
  4. 2 cubed onion
  5. 2 cubed tomatoes
  6. For marination:-
  7. 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  8. 2 tbsp. Coriander powder
  9. 1 cup curd
  10. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  11. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  12. 1 tbsp. Ginger garlic chilli paste
  13. to taste Salt
  14. 2 tbsp. Biryani masala
  15. For gravy:-
  16. 3 tomatoes
  17. 2 chopped onions
  18. 5-6 Cashewnuts for garnishing
  19. 3 tbsp. Oil
  20. 2 tbsp. Biryani masala
  21. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  22. 1-2 tsp Red chilli powder
  23. 1/4 cup milk
  24. For biryani:-
  25. 2 1/2 cup basmati rice
  26. as required Water
  27. 2-3 cloves, black cardamom
  28. 2 bay leaves
  29. 6-7 black peppercorns
  30. 1 inch cinnamon stick
  31. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  32. to taste Salt
  33. for layering:-
  34. as required Mint leaves, coriander leaves, biryani masala

Instructions to make to make Paneer tikka biryani

  1. Soak basmati rice for about 1/2 hrs in water then strain it. Then take a vessel pour water add salt, clove, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, bay leaves, black peppercorns when it starts boiling add soaked rice then cook until rice is 80% cooked.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients of marination and marinate paneer, Tomato, onion, capsicum. And mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins.
  3. For paneer tikka:- Take a non-stick pan and put marinated paneer, onion, capsicum, tomato and cook from both sides until golden brown or till it soft.
  4. For gravy:- Churn tomato and cashew in a mixture. Now take a pan heatup some oil when it gets heated up add onion and cook till golden brown then add puree of tomato and cashew mix and cook till oil leaves from sides add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, biryani masala and then add milk as required mix well add salt to taste then add cooked paneer tikka.
  5. For layering:- Take a pan 1st put a layer of rice then sprinkle biryani masala and mint coriander leaves then add paneer tikka masala and spread then again put a layer of rice then sprinkle biryani masala and mint coriander leaves then put layer of paneer tikka masala and repeat making layer till rice and paneer tikka masala completed. Then cover pan with a plate and cook it for 10 min in low flame. Then serve hot with raita.
