- 1/2 teaspoon .jeera
- 2 teaspoon .refined oil
- 1 teaspoon .curry masala powder (optional)
- as required .coriander leaves few
- 1 .cauliflower (cut in to cubes)
- 2 .onion
- 2 .tomato
- 1 .potato
- 1 .carrot
- 5 .beams
- 1 .beetroot one
- 12 .peas
- 2 .green chilli
- as required .ginger, garlic few strips
- as required .haldi few drops
- 1 teaspoon .salt
- 2teaspoon .vegetable masala powder
- 1/2 tin .coconut milk
- 3teaspoon .refi ef oil and ghee
Instructions to make to make Rice, dal, cauliflower fry,garlic rasam
- First cook your rice keep it in a hot case.




- Book your masur dal in a pressure cooker then let them cool after 20 minutes opened and check your dal is completely cooked.




- Then take a kadai pour some refined oil and then, add jeera, hing, curry leaves add onions, tomato, capsicum let them cooked softly add haldi, curry powder, salt and taste it if you taste is good decorate with your cut coriander leaves. If you need you can add cut lemons, lemon, juice on the dal. Eat with hot rice.




- Next cut all your veggies expect onion and tomato boil or steam your veggies, with haldi, and salt, ginger so that even some insects it will die, even prevent from pesticides.. After preparation of boiled veggies remove excess water from veggies you can use this water to your normal soup also. Then take a kadai pour some oil and add jeera, green chilli, hing, onion, tomato then finally add your boiled veggies and add coconut milk mix well and add your vegetable masala and salt taste it.




- For cauliflower fried subji take kadai pour refined oil pour some jeera, green chilli, onion, tomato and then add your steamed potato and cauliflower a d immediately chilli powder,gun powder, salt after sometime all the mixed veggies blend nicely. Add some cornflower, and rice powder for crispy to your subji. Eat with hot rice, dal, mixed subji, and fried gobhi subji...
