- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes

- Boil enough water with Salt. Add broken noodles to it and cover. Keep it aside for a minute or two. Drain and cover. Now is the time to saute the veggies. To the Olive or Canola oil, add minced Garlic at first. Followed by the spices and the vegetables. Stir fry all until done.
