- After 2-3 minutes add finely chopped capsicum saute for 2 minutes than add finely chopped tomatoes and sprinkle some salt cook for 2 minutes and add boiled peas and diced potatoes. Mix well

- Add ginger garlic and chilli paste, salt red chilli powder and pavbhaji masala mix well.

- Now add the leftover rice, and mix well gently so that all the things blend well.

- Now sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves and some pavbhaji masala an mix again and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve hot
